Your participation in the Urban Rebounding Instructor Training and your future as an Urban Rebounding Instructor will lend to the ever-growing awareness of Urban Rebound exercise. Urban Rebounding instructors come from all walks of life – you may be a studio class instructor (eg aerobics), a BTS trainer, a personal trainer, a pilates instructor, a physiotherapist, a CHEK practitioner or some other form of health or fitness professional. Whatever your background, our objective is to give you the tools, skills and confidence to introduce the Urban Rebounding form of exercise to your clients.
The Urban Rebounding Education Team continues, each day, to refine and improve upon an already found form of exercise and expand on the workouts available. Our hope is to have Urban Rebounders used every day in some way.
