Online completion of comprehensive questionnaire that is analysed by a sophisticated computer programme that generates a 25-page report, an Eating Plan that is right for your metabolic type and a recommended nutritional supplement programme that is customised for your metabolic type. The programme is based on over 25 years of clinical experience. A certified advisor will spend about an hour with each client, initially reviewing the report and getting them started on their healthy eating regime. For the first four weeks, our consultant is available for a 15 minute telephone consultation to answer any queries and to provide motivational support.
